Can I Get Samples And How Long Is The Sample Lead Time?
Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free, but a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we help you ship the sample.
It takes about 2-4 days to reach. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need a new printing screen, etc.
What Format Of The File Do You Need If I Want My Own Design?

Quality control is the most important part in the production process of water bottles. Everich pay great attention to quality control, We
have more than 20 quality inspectors. we check each shipment that will sell to all over the world.
All the packed parcel will be put in the warehouse, we will casually pick 80-500pcs from 500-150000pcs finished products based on International inspection standard. Then start data/measurement inspection, product inspection, material inspection, paint adhesion test, leak test and isulation inspection.

Our design team will design samples according to your requirements and produce 2D/3D drawings for your confirmation.
A small sample fee is charged for custom designs. After receiving the fee, we will notify the factory to make samples.

After finished the sample, we will check and test for defects. After confirming the sample, we will send the sample by express.
After the samples are sent, we will send an email to the customer with the courier bill number and sample photos.
